Our History:

C & L Maintenance, Inc., started out in 1991, primarily as a snow removal company founded by its President, Guy Lollino.

As he added valued customers over time Guy had a vision to expand the array of service his company could provide. Introducing Interior and Exterior Retail and Commercial Property Maintenance and expanding throughout the Midwest.

  

In 2000, C & L Maintenance Inc. became CLM Midwest and has since become one of the fastest  growing commercial maintenance company serving the Midwest.

Since 1991, CLM has increased from 5 employees to 25 and steadily growing and has expanded from servicing 20 companies to over 100 companies to date.
