Join the CLM team as a Maintenance Technician. Our technicians are multi-skilled plumbers, electricians and carpenters. Technicians respond to work orders that range from preventative and routine maintenance to emergency calls to assist customers with their commercial maintenance needs. Our technicians live and work within a 2 hour radius of identified areas.

Service Coordinators are primarily responsible for the coordination of facilities maintenance services (including plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, landscaping and other trades) for an assigned region. In this capacity, you will process maintenance Work Orders with our custom software and work closely with various customer personnel, CLM technicians and supporting contractors that provide maintenance services.
Our Service Coordinator team is located at our office in River Grove, IL. Ideal candidates have previous dispatch and customer service experience and have the ability to multi-task with heavy emphasis on communication and follow up.
Service Coordinator Administrative assistant
A CLM SC Admin assist Service Coordinators with day to day administrative functions to assist with the coordination of facilities maintenance services. This includes assisting technicians locate needed parts, uploading completion pictures, updating customer's portals with estimated completion times, scheduling technicians to be onsite with customer and various other administrative duties.
The SC Admin role allows for growth of employees and ideal for those that are looking for a change in career and industry.
Construction Project Coordinator
A Project Coordinator will assist various Construction Managers with large construction projects and will run small roll outs and special projects. The Project Coordinator understands the bidding process, coordination of vendors and technicians, maintaining budgets and communicating with the Director of Construction the status of projects up to completion.
Ideal candidates have construction background and are ready for a hands on learning experience to take their career to the next level.
Construction Administrative Assistant
Our Construction Administrative Assistant's provide office support to the construction team. This includes but is not limited to obtaining paperwork from subcontractors, preparing quotes & bids, obtaining permits, preparing and submitting invoices and tracking job costing for ongoing projects.
Ideal candidates have construction background and have the ability to multi-task while supporting several projects.
